About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will challenge you to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
Your Responsibilities:- Acting as an HR Business Partner for the Linz location, collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner Team in Austria
- Driving and supporting HR priorities such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
- Ensuring smooth annual cycles of Merit, MyPerformance in collaboration with your Business
- Ambassador for our people culture and playing a key role in enabling diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Supporting the Regional HR BP Team by preparing fact-based presentations using dashboards/data analytics
- Participating in HR projects, programs, and initiatives, and preparing and facilitating workshops for the Leadership Team
- Completed University Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience in a factory environment (including shift schedules) in a fast-paced and demanding HR setting
- Proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes and data analytics to support HR initiatives; advanced knowledge of SAP and Workday preferred
- Experience working on international and interdisciplinary projects, good project management skills desirable
- Excellent German language and very good English language skills (written & spoken)
- Proactive team player with strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- A competitive compensation package including a minimum salary of €62,000 gross/year for a full-time position (38.5 hours/week), including an All-In compensation package
