Job Overview

As a Sales Growth Representative at Cloudflight, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various prospecting activities. Your daily tasks will include conducting thorough market analysis and research to understand industry trends and dynamics. Additionally, you will build and maintain professional relationships through networking at events and fairs, delivering compelling pitches and presentations, and managing and tracking sales pipeline activities to ensure progress toward targets. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data in our CRM system, specifically HubSpot, is also a key aspect of this role. To succeed in this position, you will need proficient prospecting skills, strong communication and active listening skills, persistence and resilience, strategic and creative thinking abilities, technical aptitude, and adaptability and emotional intelligence. A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed measurable targets, fueled by a natural curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends, is also essential. Proficiency in both English and German is required.
