• A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for direct B2B customer interactions.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Application Specialist, IT Support, Implementation Engineer).
• Experience with database management systems (preferably MS SQL).
• Knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A structured, transparent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.

• Leading the deployment and configuration of our software solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Collaborating closely with international colleagues and clients to develop and maintain implementation plans and project timelines.
• Designing technical setups and workflows based on individual customer requirements.
• Implementing our software, which includes installing, configuring, and integrating with third-party systems.
• Taking full ownership of the technical aspects of client projects.
• Providing continuous technical support and assistance to clients throughout their journey.
