Join Erste Group Bank AG in a dynamic and comprehensive area as an IT Governance Intern. As a central governance unit close to the Chief Operations Officer, we operate in tension between regulatory requirements and eagerness to implement and go by IT and business. Our mission is to create and maintain data & information, policies, procedures, and tools as well as solid relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure maximum compliance and enable sound decision-making while keeping any negative impact on business activities low. ### Your Tasks * Participate in development, implementation, and rollout of key metrics related to IT-Risk, Outsourcing, and other Governance topics. * Support the team in compiling, organizing, preparing, and maintaining an assortment of reports, information, and data. * Support the team in Governance-related projects and initiatives. ### Your Background * Ongoing studies at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Information Technology - affinity towards conceptual understanding of Information Technology (network, server, database, application, firewall, etc.) needed. * Ability to adapt and learn e.g. work on more complex tasks independently while following a structured process or instructions. * Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with data analytics, statistics, and data visualization as well as an advantage with data manipulation. * Fluency in English and German. ### Our Offer * Exciting and challenging part-time internship (19.25h/week) as of January 2025 until December 2025. * We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and of Erste Group. * Support of your professional and personal development in a dynamic, comprehensive, and interesting area. * We consider the diversity of our employees as key to innovation and success.
