Your Role

As our IT Support Intern, you will be part of our Information Technology team, supporting our computer users, setting up hardware and software applications, maintaining our IT framework, and installing updates and patches. You will also assist in managing the IT asset inventory, IT processes, and other ongoing tasks.

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with an educational or training background in IT administration, basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts. You should have strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and regular access to our Vienna office. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. A valid work permit for Austria and living in Vienna are also required.

We offer an extensive compensation package, including EUR 1,400 gross per month on a full-time basis, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
