About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Design and implement new business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Modeling and Optimization: Develop and maintain data models to support business needs, and optimize existing reports to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Business Consulting: Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to identify data-driven opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Reporting Governance: Ensure reporting governance and participate in data harmonization projects to maintain data consistency across the organization.
  • Process Automation: Automate business processes using PowerApps and/or PowerAutomate to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed education in IT, data science, statistics, finance, or logistics.
  • Experience: Experience with PowerBI, SQL, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and/or Python, as well as machine learning is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly learn new tools, and proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
