Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Statistician (m/f/d) to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for analyzing clinical data to support the development of manuscripts and reports for federal regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques to analyze clinical data and provide detailed analysis results and findings for clinical investigation reports.
  • Sample Size Calculation: Calculate sample sizes for clinical studies to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Study Design: Provide support in the design of clinical research studies, ensuring that they meet all scientific standards.
  • Statistical Analysis Plans: Prepare detailed statistical analysis plans for research protocols, ensuring compliance with all scientific standards.
Your Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Health Economics, Public Health, Biomedicine, or Biology.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in clinical research, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Entry Date

The salary will be determined based on your professional experience, with a minimum salary of €41,691.44 according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is to be filled immediately.
