Key Responsibilities- Support the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and drive growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of our community of over 20 teams and events to create engaging social media content.
- Collaborate with our Red Bull Energy Wear Marketing Team to create and develop social media marketing activities.
- Assist with on-site content productions and manage external creative agencies.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing and social media.
- Fluent in English, German is considered an advantage.
- Proficient in creative content production and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and find solutions that work well for all parties.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Skilled in analyzing social media and email marketing data.
