Are you ready to drive Red Bull's global eCommerce sales to new heights? We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International eCommerce Activation Specialist.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a key stakeholder in Red Bull's eCommerce global vision and strategy. As an International eCommerce Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for building Red Bull's global digital sales capabilities, developing innovative solutions to support local markets, and collaborating with international and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Red Bull's Quick Commerce strategy across international partners, including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Delivery Hero.
  • Collaborate with global eCommerce manager to achieve ambitious sales targets with key account partners.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new partnerships with emerging platforms.
  • Work closely with brand marketing, category management, and trade marketing to create best-in-class mobile optimized content and drive In-App implementation.
  • Design, monitor, and manage global performance marketing activities, including data reporting and analytics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with global brands or market-leading eCommerce players, preferably in sales and marketing.
  • E-commerce background is highly favored.
  • Experience in performance marketing, media buying, and selling with a proven track record of developing activation plans that drive conversions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, and passion for driving initiatives to the next level.
  • Exceptionally strong communicator with the ability to influence and lead internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in international teams.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Travel 20-30%.
