Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager - Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Vienna and Munich. As an Associate Director, you will lead a team of cost management professionals and deliver successful outcomes for our clients in the Real Estate and Industrial sectors.

The Role- Lead a team of cost management professionals to ensure delivery of accountabilities
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages
- Provide estimate and cost planning, including producing and presenting final estimates
- Manage procurement, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contractual document compilation
- Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Complete timely and accurate cost checking and valuation processes
- Produce monthly cost reports and present to clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in cost management, including planning, estimating, and post-contract activities
- Broad experience in cost management areas, including value management and life cycle costing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office software and modern cost management digital tools
