Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team at ATRACT eG. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes for our guest buffets and à la carte restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and main courses.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Ensure that all dishes are presented in an appealing and visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements
  • EU citizenship
  • Completed training as a chef or 2 years of professional experience
  • German language skills OR English language skills at least B1 level desired - required in some areas (management positions etc.).
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Safe and efficient operation of common kitchen equipment
