Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Strategist to join our Customer Lifecycle Servicing and Solutions unit. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and continuously improving end-to-end processes to provide exceptional experience for internal and external customers.
You will work closely with customers, end users, product owners, and other stakeholders to define desired outcomes of process improvements or digitalization. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance and quality of processes while driving smart digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
- Maintain awareness of technological developments and their impact on business processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and make data-driven decisions
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex inquiries from stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least five years of experience in the banking industry, process improvement, or operations/sales with a strong focus on corporate customers. You should have excellent knowledge of corporate customer needs, KYC, account management, product setup, and legal requirements.
You will also need strong communication skills, the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way, and a hands-on mindset with a positive, entrepreneurial, and agile spirit. Fluency in English and German is a must.
