Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter für unsere EPCM Anlagenbauprojekte in der Prozessindustrie. Als Senior Project Manager wirst du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Großprojekten und die Führung und Steuerung des Projektteams.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Großprojekten
  • Festlegung der Projektabwicklungsstrategie zur Erreichung der Projektziele
  • Führung und Steuerung des Projekt-Teams
  • Hauptansprechperson zum Kundenprojektleiter in der gesamten Projektphase
  • Veranlassen des Kosten-, Risiko- und Termincontrollings sowie Verantwortung für das Projektreporting
  • Übernahme der Safety-Verantwortung im Projekt, Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von EHS Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Unternehmensverfahren, -standards und -richtlinien sowie der erforderlichen Qualität im Projekt (QM & QC)
  • Aufsetzen und Etablieren des Scope, Change & Risiko Managements auf allen Ebenen im Projekt
  • Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe und internen Kommunikation, um sicherzustellen, dass die relevanten Interessengruppen über den Projektfortschritt informiert sind
  • Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Partnern (Lieferanten) sowie Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, Anlagen- oder Maschinenbau bzw. äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement bzw. PM Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Durchführung von EPCM Anlagenbau-Projekten in der Prozessindustrie (Biotech, Pharma, Chemie o.Ä.)
  • Fundiertes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis für Projektabläufe und -zusammenhänge
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Starke Teamorientierung gepaart mit Engagement, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachdisziplinen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft (vorwiegend in Europa)
