Job Title: Senior Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our team in Tyrol, Austria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing functional and design specifications for our control systems, performing design studies and quality documents for projects, and configuring software applications for the Emerson Controls System DeltaV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop functional and design specifications for control systems under supervision of the Lead Engineer and in collaboration with customer.
  • Perform design studies and quality documents for projects according to project specifications and in line with applicable procedures and quality plans.
  • Configure software applications for the Emerson Controls System DeltaV.
  • Perform internal tests and customer acceptance tests in-house and at customer site.
  • Provide commissioning, start-up support, after sales service, and training for our clients.
  • Develop required technical project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Process Automation Engineering.
  • 3+ years in a control engineering project environment.
  • Previous experience of working in the Process Automation environment and technical skills in control system engineering.
  • Knowledge of control system design, control systems HW cabinet design and assembly, software system design, software implementation, software testing.
  • Good interpersonal skills having the ability to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to other world areas for training or business trips.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Valid car driving license.
