As an HR Intern/Student Support at Prewave, your role will involve:
- Providing top-tier HR services throughout the Employee Life Cycle.
- Participating in the recruitment process from job advertisement to onboarding of new hires.
- Managing HR projects, including training initiatives, health care activities, employee engagement surveys, and benefits.
- Drafting employment contracts, amendments, and bonus agreements.
- Advising employees on various employment-related inquiries.
- Collecting, preparing, and analyzing HR data for management reporting.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of internal events and seminars.
- Collaborating with and learning from a dynamic HR team.
Essential Requirements
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources or Economics with a focus on HR.
- Organized and self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enjoyment in working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong Excel skills, including vlookup, tables, pivot tables, and graphs.
- Valid work authorization for Austria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in an HR department.
- Familiarity with Austrian labor law.
- Experience working within a multinational team.
- Background in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
