We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Manager to join our team at Erste Group Bank. As a Business Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of credit risk models and ensuring the quality of data used in these models.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of credit risk models by gathering and analyzing data
- Improve the process for providing data to credit risk modeling platforms
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with business and IT stakeholders
- Work closely with business data management and business data quality departments to increase data quality
- Lead efforts to continuously improve data quality while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations
We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in business administration, economics, or finance, and at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or business intelligence in a financial area. You should have a good understanding of credit risk processes and relevant regulations, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
