Our team has played a key role in Prewave's success, and we're now seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to help us scale our performance reporting. This individual will work closely with the centralised Finance team in Vienna, ensuring the financial success of our operations.

Your Mission

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Finance Director and department heads to develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team.
  • Developing and implementing robust finance processes and policies that align with the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in finance, with a minimum of 7-8 years working with dedicated FP&A teams in either corporates or a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting), and analysis.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
