Agro Product Label Assistant

Kwizda Agro GmbH, a leading provider of plant protection products, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant in Label and Product Management. Our company is known for its high-quality standards, extensive product portfolio, and comprehensive consulting and service capabilities, making us a respected partner in the agricultural and international industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the maintenance of Agro-product labels and safety data sheets, as well as the updating of product databases.
- Coordinate the release and storage process in the Fabasoft label management program.
- Collaborate with product managers on recommendations and with internal and external registration specialists in the areas of labeling and approval.
- Transfer label changes and safety data sheets (MSDS) to the product information management system, including integration into channels (homepage and Kwizda app).
- Coordinate and perform label cleanups at our own and customer warehouses in the event of approval or labeling changes.
- Ensure close coordination with the production plant in Leobendorf for the timing of label creation and printed cartons in the packaging material preparation process.
- Prepare, control, and update user manuals and product information in collaboration with product managers.
- Act as a liaison to external graphics and between product management and marketing for seasonal marketing activities.
- Completed commercial or agricultural education (HAK, HTL, or FH/UNI).
- Experience with CRM systems and databases is desirable.
- Agricultural background is an advantage.

- Good IT user knowledge.
- Good English in writing and speaking.
- Monthly gross salary of at least €3,400 (flexible working hours, basis full-time 38 hours/week).
