Job Description
As a Product Support Specialist, you will be part of our Service Organization, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Product Support Engineer. You will be based in Salzburg, Austria, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate documentation and conduct hardware and software training to enable support of the customized product by field service engineers and technical support.
- Provide direct escalation support to the Field Service Engineering and Technical Support teams for CellXpress and related products.
- Perform risk management to minimize CellXpress serviceability risks.
- Provide project execution support for CellXpress products to ensure they meet service requirements prior to shipment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- B.S. or higher in a Life Science discipline or in Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional work experience as a hands-on engineer in a life science company or discovery laboratory environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new products and software applications.
Bonus Structure
The successful candidate will be eligible for bonus/incentive pay, subject to the Company's discretion.
