Job Overview
The National Sales Head will lead the sales force in Austria, ensuring that they understand and implement our marketing and sales strategy to drive business growth, market acceptance, and penetration. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing annual sales plans and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
About the Role
- Lead the sales force in Austria, driving sales growth, market acceptance, and penetration.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Oversee the structure and design of field force activities to meet revenue and territory requirements.
- Manage the tender process, aligning with the company's strategy and in cooperation with the General Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
- At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
- Experience in developing annual sales plans.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Salary Estimate
We estimate the salary for this position to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
