Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA Region

Barracuda Networks is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to support our EMEA region. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering HR solutions that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have 10+ years of combined experience in HR, with a minimum of 4 years as an HR Business Partner. You will be fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your expertise will include talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, regional leadership, compliance, and documentation.
Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Compensation: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to attract top talent and conduct competitive compensation analyses.
- Employee Relations: Partner with global HR teams to address employee relations matters and support local management in creating a positive work environment.
- Regional Leadership: Take the lead as our HR representative for Austria, providing valuable insights and collaborating on enterprise-wide HR programs to meet regional needs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and records to meet local legal requirements.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English, with written and spoken proficiency.
- 10+ years' combined experience as an HR Generalist, with a minimum of 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions.
- A competitive salary of €52,136 per year, based on your performance, experience, and qualifications.
