Green Hydrogen Alkaline Electrolyzer Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Green Hydrogen Alkaline Electrolyzer Engineer to join our team at ANDRITZ. As a key member of our Green Hydrogen technology team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our alkaline electrolyzer system.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the technology development of the alkaline electrolyser system, focusing on performance, lifetime, maintenance, and cost optimization.
- Support the strengthening of the development area for alkaline electrolysis systems within the ANDRITZ Green Hydrogen technology team.
- Develop and execute testing procedures for systems and stacks to verify design, calibrate simulation models, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of the development methodology.
- Participate in the company's IP strategy, providing expertise on alkaline technology and contributing to product positioning.
- Master of Science degree or PhD in physics, process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in alkaline electrolyser development.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead thinking on IP strategy and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive personality with a strong focus on performance and shared commitment.
- Fluent in English, with experience working in international teams.
