Green Hydrogen Civil Engineering Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Clarify civil solutions according to project requirements and coordinate cost estimating with external designers and contractors.
- Presentation and discussion of technical solutions with the team and customers.
- RFQs for civil packages, finding contractors, and negotiating contracts.
- Scheduling civil tasks and aligning with project plans.
- Civil design solutions management and providing input for overall design optimization.
- Escalation level for customer and supplier inquiries.
- Providing expertise to customers and aligning modifications with internal design experts.
- Inspecting civil works and managing change requests.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering discipline.
- Minimum experience in civil project management, preferably in industry solutions.
- Knowledge of technical building equipment.
- Customer consulting and design requirement explanation.
- Experience in acceptance tests and construction supervision.
- Strategic mindset with long-term thinking.
- Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.
- Fluent English, another European language an advantage.
