Digital Marketing Professional: Leading the Charge in Sustainable Mobility

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable mobility. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including website optimization, social media management, and campaign tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, social media, SEO/SEA) as part of 360-degree campaigns.
  • Manage projects involving advanced tracking and analysis tools for data-driven decision-making and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Optimize the website through redesign initiatives in multiple countries, focusing on user experience (UX) and continuous A/B testing.
  • Active content management on the website and social media channels, including content creation, updating, and maintenance.
  • Establish a global social media strategy for MOON to enhance brand relevance, image, awareness, and involvement, along with developing KPIs for success measurement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a completely new website using a new CMS.
  • Build and optimize ongoing reporting for digital products.
  • Cross-functional coordination between internal departments, MOON countries, and external agencies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and creative skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Analytical thinking to derive strategic marketing insights and business development.
  • Precision and a diligent, self-responsible work style.
  • Excellent English and German language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Outstanding MS Office skills, basic knowledge in design tools (InDesign & Photoshop & Illustrator), and basic knowledge in analysis tools (GA4).
