EMR-CM Support Leader for European Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EMR-CM Support Leader to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for leading our support operations and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technical support specialists to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support leadership, preferably in a healthcare IT environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with EMR-CM products and their applications in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is €79,204.72 gross, with the possibility of overpayment based on performance. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location:

This role is based in Vienna, Austria, with occasional travel to other European locations required.
