**Position: Sales Assistant (m/w/d)**

**Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week**
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the presentation of merchandise and uphold cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Recommend and showcase products tailored to customer needs.
- Actively support the sales process.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in the preparation and display of collections.
- Collaborate closely with our Shop Managers.
**Qualifications:**
- A motivated, outgoing, and communicative individual.
- Quick learner with a self-directed, precise, and goal-oriented work style.
- Professional interaction with customers.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in German; English skills are a plus.
