We are seeking a skilled Senior Compliance and Certification Professional to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our sales operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination with our suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Job Description

**Regulatory Compliance Management**: Ensure all products comply with applicable international and regional regulations, including CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and other relevant standards.

* Drafting Certificates of Conformity: Prepare and issue certificates of conformity in compliance with various local regulations and standards, ensuring accurate documentation for each region.

* Supplier and Partner Management: Maintain communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners to collect and validate technical documentation, declarations of conformity, and sustainability certifications.

* ESG Support: Assist in preparing and coordinating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reports, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and alignment with the company's sustainability goals.

* Develop and implement processes to streamline certification workflows, improve compliance efficiency, and ensure effective cooperation with external partners.

* Prepare for and manage external audits or inspections related to product compliance, certifications, and ESG reporting, ensuring supplier compliance aligns with internal standards.

* Provide regular updates to management on compliance status, potential risks, and delays, including those arising from partner or supplier issues.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in regulatory compliance, product certification, and sustainability initiatives, ideally in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Supplier Coordination Skills: Proven ability to work with global manufacturing partners and suppliers to secure certifications, technical documentation, and compliance guarantees.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical standards, legal requirements, and sustainability criteria accurately and effectively.
  • Experience with compliance management tools and software, ideally Microsoft Business Central or similar systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. German and other foreign languages are an advantage.
