This position focuses on the strategic planning and execution of complex projects related to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and laboratory environments.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to ventilation systems, media technology, and controlled environment systems.

Acting as the liaison between our clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams is a key aspect of your role.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Develop conceptual designs and plans for supply systems encompassing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary facilities, as well as controlled environment systems.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team focused on technical building equipment (TGA) during project execution.
  • Oversee and coordinate external planning partners.
  • Ensure the technical outfitting of buildings while considering innovative technologies, process design, and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
  • Conduct cost assessments and perform price comparisons.
  • Draft functional descriptions or specifications for services.
  • Engage in award negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
  • Plan and coordinate interfaces with process, construction, electrical engineering, and building automation disciplines.
Show your expertise
  • A degree in building services engineering, power engineering, or supply engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or equivalent training as a technician with a specialization in TGA/ventilation technology, along with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive experience with TGA and controlled environment systems, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology context.
  • Strong expertise in designing HVAC systems, particularly in ventilation and air conditioning technology.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Competent in using MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with common CAD software.
  • A sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
