Key Responsibilities
  • As a Solutions Program Manager, you will coordinate the collaboration between product management and engineering teams for our Automation solutions.
  • Your role will involve promoting the development, prioritization, and reliable execution of the solution roadmap, focusing on collaboration and interdependencies.
  • You will be an integral part of the solution leadership team, ensuring that you have current data to report to senior management and support decision-making.
  • In close partnership with your team, you will implement and enhance agile methodologies within various parts of the organization, continuously seeking to improve these practices.
  • You will serve as a key driver for cross-functional initiatives in the capacity of a Project Manager.
  • Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating solution-specific meetings and workshops and assisting in the preparation of presentation materials.

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience as an agile project/program manager or enterprise agile coach, particularly with distributed teams (international experience is advantageous).
  • Exceptional project management, execution, and planning capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in conducting workshops using diverse techniques tailored to specific challenges, and a passion for engaging with people.
  • Experience with scaled agile practices in large organizations is a plus.
  • Background as a Software Engineer is beneficial for a deeper understanding of our domain.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle at scale will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We provide attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options along with numerous benefits.
  • The competitive salary for this position starts at a minimum of 60,000 € per annum based on full-time employment, with the final offer potentially higher based on qualifications and experience.
