KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Gathering, analyzing, and challenging business requirements while ensuring cross-functional alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Developing conceptual designs for the IT system landscape, meticulously documenting requirements, and transferring them to the IT department.
- Creating a roadmap for PLM system implementation to secure stakeholder engagement.
- Executing PLM system implementations through pilot projects and proof of concepts, while maintaining seamless daily operations.
- Facilitating the integration of new group entities into the existing PLM system framework.
- Serving as the primary contact within Engineering for the deployment of new software solutions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across various functions and organizational levels, as well as with external vendors and consultants.
- Extensive professional experience in consulting, industrial, or academic settings, specifically in product lifecycle management.
- A university degree in engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of the PLM software ecosystem and experience with global rollouts.
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system integration strategies.
- A high level of independence, initiative, and quality focus.
- Understanding of project and process management principles.
- Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to embrace innovation, organizational change, and continuous learning.
- Readiness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Fluency in business English and German.
