Unser Kunde, ein global agierendes Unternehmen, sucht einen erfahrenen und souveränen Head of Procurement, der die Zukunft mitgestalten und aktiv die Herausforderungen im Einkaufsbereich übernehmen möchte.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Strategische und operative Leitung des Einkaufsbereiches für drei Standorte (in Österreich und Zentral-Europa)
  • Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des rd. 30-köpfigen kompetenten Einkauf-Teams
  • Evaluierung des Status Quo sowie Optimierung der Prozesse bzw. Einkaufsstrategien
  • Gewährleistung eines zukunftsorientierten Lieferantenmanagements mit laufender globaler Beschaffungsmarktanalyse
  • Identifikation von Einsparungspotentialen bzw. Optimierung von Beschaffungskosten
  • Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen bzw. innerhalb der global tätigen Gruppe

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene, bevorzugt höhere Ausbildung im technischen Bereich bzw. mit entsprechender Expertise im technischen Industrieumfeld
  • Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung in modernen Einkaufsorganisationen im internationalen Industriebereich
  • Management-Skills sowie analytisch-konzeptionellen Denken und Agieren
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungsfähige Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gewisse internationale Reisebereitschaft (rd. 15 %)
