**Waste Reduction and Sustainability**

The Waste Management and Sustainability Expert will play a key role in achieving our sustainability objectives by developing, implementing, and monitoring environmentally friendly practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement waste management plans that minimize waste and optimize resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper disposal and recycling of event waste.
  • Educate event staff and attendees on sustainable practices.
  • Audit, monitor, and report on resource usage to ensure compliance with sustainability goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sustainability coordination, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong knowledge of resource efficiency and waste management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
