About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our team at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a key member of our Payment Acceptance business, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our acquiring business, particularly in the area of non-card payments.
About the Team:
Our Payment Acceptance business is a leading provider in the region, serving both large and small merchants in the offline and online world. We are committed to investing in our people, products, and technology, and this role will be instrumental in driving our growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for alternative payment methods, such as account-to-account payments, across several Central and Eastern European markets.
- Design and implement centralized solutions for alternative payment methods, working closely with our IT teams and Shared-Service Centers.
- Collaborate with Network Banks and Sales/Marketing departments to develop a go-to-market strategy for new payment methods.
- Take ownership of creating, prioritizing, and refining the backlog for the team.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a product owner or product manager in an international environment.
- Passion for payments and staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
- Strong communication skills in English to negotiate with stakeholders from head office, Network Banks, and external partners.
- Knowledge of agile methods.
- Nice to have: work experience in payment acceptance business, experience with Confluence/Jira, and ability to discuss IT architectures relevant to Payment Acceptance.
