About the Role
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel management, sales leadership, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
- Lead the sales and marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies and identify new business leads.
- Manage talent and organizational capability, creating a cohesive and high-performance executive committee.
- Serve as a brand champion, ensuring the intent of the brand is reflected in the guest experience.
- Review business-related data to proactively address changing market conditions and ensure property operations within budgetary guidelines.

Requirements
- At least five years of luxury General Manager experience.
- Experience in the Luxury Collection is an advantage.
- Strong sales leadership, operational execution, high guest and talent engagement, hands-on leadership, and driving performance within a Luxury market.
- Fluency in German is essential for the position.
