IT Project / Application Manager - SAP Logistics

We are looking for an experienced IT Project / Application Manager in the area of Supply Chain / Warehousing / Intralogistics to join our Business Application team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management and a strong understanding of SAP ERP environments.

Job DescriptionAs an IT Project / Application Manager, you will oversee international IT projects in the area of Supply Chain and continuously analyze and improve our business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments. You will also act as an application manager and coordinate external partners.
Responsibilities:- Analyze the different requirements and problems of the respective specialist departments and end users, and develop tailored project schedules.
- Act as the service owner for various SAP applications in the logistics area.
- Identify and develop new integrated solutions and processes for the ERP system landscape, and be responsible for the entire technical implementation.
- Provide global support (3rd level) within the regular support structure for various business applications.
- Plan the need for external resources according to project requirements, and ensure smooth cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
You should have:
- A completed technical or business education (ideally IT/BWL studies).
- Ideal experience (several years) of relevant professional experience in IT project management with a focus on SAP.
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP Logistics (SAP EWM, ...).
- Very good communication skills, especially in English.
- An experienced project manager with excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
- A solution-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality and pleasure in achieving something together in a team.
