The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Non-Traditional Environment (NTE) Security Team is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Security Program Manager to enhance our security initiatives.

This role involves contributing to the design, installation, and integration of security systems, including but not limited to Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance systems.

The Security Program Manager will oversee the preventative maintenance and repair of security systems equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess excellent project management capabilities, thriving in a dynamic environment. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in prioritizing tasks and collaborating across various organizational boundaries.
  • Execute and coordinate the preventative maintenance and repairs of security systems.
  • Ensure compliance with physical security project standards, including scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs, and modifications.
  • Support the commissioning of security system equipment.
  • Conduct final testing and acceptance of security systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs for all users of the physical security systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience managing the operation and installation of regional and/or global physical security systems.
  • Experience as a Physical Security Program Manager for large and complex installations.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BlueBeam.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in corporate security and workplace safety.
  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience managing security professionals or security monitoring centers.
