DevSecOps Security Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough security assessments of new or existing software projects and their security architecture to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize expertise in software development processes and methods to design and implement secure software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of agile DevOps and cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP) to ensure seamless integration and deployment of security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security architectures that align with the organization's overall business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Design and implement security standards, policies, and procedures, as well as select and implement security technologies and solutions with a focus on software development.
  • Provide expert guidance and consulting to various stakeholders within the STRABAG Group, including IT, digitization, and innovation teams.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in information security, computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • possess at least 3 years of experience in the field of IT Security.
  • Have experience in DevSecOps or software development.
  • possess in-depth knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, such as Java.
  • possess efficient communication skills in English for collaboration with different stakeholders. German language would be a significant advantage.
