Strategic Account Manager for SMB Sector

We are seeking a talented individual with a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to position Amazon as a premier technology partner.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Account Manager for SMBs, you will:
- Drive revenue growth and enhance market presence within a designated region.
- Achieve or surpass quarterly sales objectives.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the SMB market.
- Facilitate customer adoption of AWS services.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with partners to broaden outreach and boost adoption rates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel as required to meet client needs.
The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is dedicated to driving revenue and growth from small to mid-market accounts, extending to enterprise-level clients, including those in the public sector.

Basic Qualifications- Several years of experience in technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Technical background in Engineering or Computer Science.
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian SMB landscape.
- Experience in selling IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions.
