Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced International Key Account Manager to join our client, a prominent manufacturer in the metal packaging sector, serving clients across FMCG, cosmetics, and food industries. This role is pivotal in enhancing client service, acquiring new customers, and expanding into new markets in Southeast Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives within the FMCG sector, focusing on cosmetics and food.
  • Manage and develop accounts across Austria, Italy, the West Balkan countries, and Greece.
  • Establish a market presence from the ground up in the West Balkan regions.
  • Engage in key account management and pursue new client acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel approximately 70% of the time within the designated region.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated success as a sales professional with over 5 years of international key account management experience.
  • Strong background in the FMCG sector, preferably within the packaging industry.
  • Results-oriented, confident, and driven individual with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and German is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the Sales Director.
  • Work locations include both office settings and remote work options.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of €7,000 gross per month, alongside a performance-based bonus and a company vehicle.
