The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team at hokify. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Nuxt-based frontend solutions. These solutions aim to bridge the gap between companies and job seekers, providing a seamless experience. You will also work on Progressive Web Applications for cross-device usage, enhancing our application's accessibility.

Your Key Accountabilities:
  • Designing and implementing frontend components that meet our technical standards
  • Collaborating with the product team to design and implement new features
  • Resolving technical issues, including database query performance optimization
  • Improving code quality through refactoring and optimization techniques
  • Ensuring our software stack remains up-to-date and optimized
  • Driving continuous product development aligned with our 'never settle' philosophy
Technology Overview:
  • Backend development using Node.js (Express, TSOA, Inversify, Typescript)
  • Frontend development using Nuxt / Vue.js (Typescript, Tailwind, SCSS)
  • PWA development using CapacitorJS
  • Monorepo management using pnpm
