Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the Dynatrace team and drive employee engagement to deliver exceptional business results? As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global work environment and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute internal events tailored to the needs of our office locations, in collaboration with the Global Event Management team.
  • Develop and implement a future-proof work concept, focusing on continuous improvement of our office space planning and serving as an ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to optimize Travel Management tools and Expenses, ensuring seamless preparatory invoicing.
  • Provide local office support for visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite Facility services quality assurance.
  • Purchase and procurement in close cooperation with our Procurement team.
  • Ensure alignment and improvement of Employee Benefits, working closely with the People Operations Team.
  • Offer support and guidance to the team on everyday tasks.
People & Culture:
  • Bring the Dynatrace Culture to life in your community and serve as a true Ambassador for your hybrid Dynatrace community.
  • Develop and deliver Team Onboarding presentations and office tours, creating an outstanding first-day experience for new team members.
  • Promote new global initiatives to the Community in collaboration with the Internal Communication Team and maintain a single source of truth Information Hub for all processes.
  • Drive process improvement in close cooperation with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company.
  • Readiness to take on new responsibilities and improve processes for the better.
  • Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality.
  • Strong sense of business needs and goals.
  • Talent for communication, prioritization, and work organization.
  • Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking.
  • Fluent German and English skills are a must-have.

Compensation and Rewards:
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 42,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
