We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team at REWE International AG. As an integral part of our CRM-Services team, you will play a key role in developing innovative applications for our Loyalty tools in Austria and CEE countries.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will support our international team in formulating requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them into our current IT landscape. Your analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical designs will be essential in improving and developing our current CRM landscape, focusing on loyalty tools and mechanics.

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements to develop effective technical designs.
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure solution design meets their needs.
  • Define 'AS-IS' processes and create 'TO-BE' solutions to improve current processes and develop new capabilities.
  • Create and moderate workshops using established business analysis methods.
  • Write and track epics and user stories in Jira.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A self-organized way of working.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • A team player attitude (colleagues and external partners).
  • SQL knowledge is beneficial.
