Empfangsmitarbeiter / Receptionist (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und freundlichen Empfangsmitarbeiter, der unsere Kunden und Gäste willkommen heißt und ihnen einen erstklassigen Service bietet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Empfang von Kunden und Gästen
  • Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellen eines hohen Servicelevels
  • Bearbeitung von Posteingang und -ausgang
  • Organisation/ Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Events
  • Administrative und operative Unterstützung unserer Kunden
  • Bearbeitung der täglichen Kundenanfragen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie, Dienstleistungsgewerbe
  • Kaufmännische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
  • Organisationsstarke und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten
  • Organisationstalent
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und serviceorientiertes Handeln
