Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact at the myhive Wienerberg welcome desks for our office tenants.
- Facilitate collaboration within the community alongside the operations management team.
- Manage inquiries, site visits, reservations, and rental agreements for our flexible office spaces and conference rooms (myflex, mydesk, myroom, myconference).
- Organize and promote events through the myhive app and engage in various activities to enhance tenant participation and networking opportunities.
- Assist tenants in our coworking area with their daily requests.
- Provide first-level support for technical and safety equipment.
- Communicate and collaborate with property management.
- Handle back office management tasks (documentation management, correspondence, and provision of office supplies).
- Support the asset and leasing management team.
Profile
- Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous.
- A passion for connecting individuals and fostering communities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Enthusiasm for digital communication.
- Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) are essential.
- Organized team player with a proactive approach.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Commercial awareness is beneficial.
