German Speaking Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team at Eco Plus Solutions AB. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, providing strategic marketing guidance, and driving business growth for our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultation and Strategy: Assist clients in effectively leveraging Google Ads by providing tailored marketing strategies and sales recommendations that address their specific needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
  • Sales Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and recommend additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure that clients receive top-notch service.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular performance reports and insightful analysis to clients, demonstrating the success of their advertising initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (knowledge of Google Ads is a significant advantage).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
