Role OverviewWe are in search of a Teamlead for our expanding SAP HCM AMS team situated in Sailauf, Germany. This role entails overseeing AMS (Application Management Services) for Magna's entire SAP HCM framework across Europe. This framework is currently in the preparatory phase for HCM for S4HANA in a Private Cloud environment, leading to numerous opportunities and transformations. The ideal candidate should possess experience in team leadership or be eager to advance in their professional journey. This position demands strong communication, problem-solving capabilities, and a profound understanding of SAP (HCM) processes. Responsibilities will also encompass Change Management and collaboration with external consultants to support the internal team in a hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the SAP HCM team, ensuring effective AMS for the European region.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, process owners, and IT teams, to comprehend requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Serve as a key participant in the change management process, facilitating and supporting the execution of modifications within the SAP HCM framework.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external partners providing support to the internal SAP HCM team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work atmosphere.
- Oversee and prioritize workloads, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and requests.
- Grasp complex technical issues related to SAP HCM, adopting a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and spearhead initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and analysts, to implement system modifications and successfully deliver projects.
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and conduct training sessions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Preferably experience as a Teamlead or Manager in an SAP HCM setting, with a focus on AMS.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM modules and functionalities.
- Strong comprehension of European HR processes and legislative requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient German communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and provide practical solutions.
- Leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
- Hands-on experience with SAP system configuration, customization, and testing.

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 85.000,-, with corresponding performance. We offer attractive benefits (e.g., discretionary performance bonus, employee profit participation program) and a salary that aligns with market conditions based on your skills and experience.
