KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and publish engaging and professional job advertisements Recruit for expert and managerial roles across various departments Identify and suggest innovative sources for attracting both active and passive candidates Collaborate closely with our recruiting team in Bulgaria to source potential candidates Develop internal talent pools and assist in organizing internal career events to highlight job opportunities and career paths Execute recruitment and employer branding initiatives offline, including events, print advertisements, and social media campaigns in partnership with the marketing team Attend internal gatherings, university career fairs, job expos, and special events at educational institutions Monitor and report on recruitment and HR performance metricsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or substantial experience and interest in Talent Acquisition At least 2 years of experience in human resources or recruitment Proficient in English and German; additional languages are advantageous Capable of managing diverse relationships with various stakeholders within and outside the organization Strong communication and marketing skills, particularly in social media Exceptional interviewing and assessment abilities Organized thinker with the capacity to develop new strategies and concepts Global perspective and intercultural competence Adaptable to changeWHAT WE PROVIDE
