Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies for senior-level positions
- Publish professional job postings to attract top candidates
- Fill senior-level management and expert positions across all businesses and functions
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Collaborate with our Recruiters from GBS Bulgaria to source candidates
- Implement internal candidate pools and support organizing internal career lounges
- Execute the global standard recruiting process using SuccessFactors
- Develop a recruiting strategy for intern and new graduate programs
- Implement recruitment and employer branding campaigns offline and online
- Participate in internal events, college career days, and job fairs
- Report and follow up on Recruiting and HR KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Excellent English and German language skills, with additional languages an asset
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and advertising skills, particularly with social media
- Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills
- Structured thinking and ability to create new concepts and strategies
- International mindset and intercultural skills
- Open to change

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50,118 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
