Operations Controller for Financial Excellence

About the Role

The successful candidate will support finance and operations teams, focusing on Cost of Sales-related tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless integration of latest business developments into planning cycles.
  • Analyzing plan data and securing content-related quality of data input.
  • Participating in finance and operations-driven projects.
  • Leading projects from a controlling perspective.
  • Supporting internal finance trainings.
  • Enhancing quality and efficiency within controlling.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in controlling, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and analysis. A university degree in Business Administration/Finance is also required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in controlling, with a solid understanding of financial processes and analysis.
  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Hyperion.
  • Focused on achieving results, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

This position offers an estimated salary of EUR 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
