Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Excellence Professional to join our Global Sales Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and refine sales-related processes and systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize sales processes for lead management, account acquisition, and customer relationship management.
  • Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Enhance sales tools, including CRM systems.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and DPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economical field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and/or project management or sales controlling.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to lead inter-functional teams and projects.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to other sales offices.
